1. What are the minimum requirements for Hong Kong Limited incorporation?

Company Name

The name of a Hong Kong Limited company must be unique and cannot contain certain restricted words.
It can be in English or Chinese but cannot mix both languages, and it must end with "Limited."

Shareholders and Directors

Shareholders: Between 1 to 50 shareholders are allowed. Shareholders can be individuals or companies, with no nationality restrictions.
Directors: At least one director is required, who must be a natural person aged 18 or above, with no nationality restrictions. The sole director cannot be the sole shareholder.

Company Secretary

The company must appoint acompany secretary, but the sole director of the company cannot also serve as the company secretary.
